Care Package boxes are designated by gender and age including newborn, 0-2, 3-5, 6+ and teen. They include basic toiletries, a blanket, a small stuffed animal, snacks, and information about the group and CHD's. Other items may be included as available.  CHD Families has delivered over 500 Care Packages to Children's Mercy Hospital.
