Request support from Congenital Heart Defects Families. Please fill out the information below to designate type of support you are requesting. At this time, we are mainly serving families in the Greater Kansas Area, who are inpatient at Children's Mercy Hospital due to open heart surgery or are a newborn. We do are best to honor each request but we are not always able to do so. Send email to info@chdfamilies.org if you have any questions.

Carepackage boxes are designated by gender and age including newborn, 0-2, 3-5 and 6+. They include basic toiletries,a blanket, a small stuffed animal, a meal card to Children's Mercy, and information about the group and CHD's. Other items may be included as available.
